Cancellation Policy
At Head Office Hair Suite, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to appointment cancellations. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Head office Hair suite reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee if 24 hours notice is not provided.
Refund Policy
At Head Office Hair Suite, we follow the Australian Consumer Law on providing remedies to correct any issues to our service. We are under no obligation to provide any refund for services rendered. Nevertheless, if you encounter any queries or apprehensions about the service you recently received at our salon, we kindly request you to get in touch with us within a two-day window following your appointment. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the results, we do ask that you return to our salon for a visual assessment of your hair.
During this visit, we are committed to going above and beyond to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will arrange a follow-up appointment with the same stylist who initially performed your service. Please note that these adjustments will be provided to you at no additional cost, but it is imperative that you schedule this follow-up appointment within the two-day period following your initial service. Your contentment is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure you leave our salon feeling your best.

Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy. Any form of offensive, abusive, or violent behavior towards our staff or other customers. Such behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and removal from the premises. We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
