Nevertheless, if you encounter any queries or apprehensions about the service you recently received at our salon, we kindly request you to get in touch with us within a two-day window following your appointment. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the results, we do ask that you return to our salon for a visual assessment of your hair.

We will arrange a follow-up appointment with the same stylist who initially performed your service. Please note that these adjustments will be provided to you at no additional cost, but it is imperative that you schedule this follow-up appointment within the two-day period following your initial service.
